At Niva sports club NSC Cricket Academy Hyderabad, we strive to offer a quality training experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring a refund or cancellation. Please read our policy carefully before registering for any program or service.

1. Registration & Enrollment Fee

• All registration and enrollment fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• This includes cases where a participant discontinues mid-course or fails to attend.

2. Program Cancellation by NSC

• If NSC Cricket Academy cancels a program, session, or event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, operational issues), a full or partial refund or rescheduled session will be offered at the academy’s discretion.

3. Participant-Initiated Cancellation

• If a participant chooses to cancel before the program begins, a written request must be submitted at least 7 days in advance.
• In such cases, 50% of the paid amount may be refunded, after deducting administrative charges.
• No refunds will be processed for cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date or after the program has begun.

4. Medical Grounds

• If a participant cannot attend due to a medical emergency (proof required), NSC may offer:
• Transfer of admission to the next batch (subject to availability), or
• Partial refund, depending on the number of sessions attended.

5. Missed Sessions

• No refund or adjustment will be provided for sessions missed due to personal reasons, holidays, or late joining.
• However, if possible, the academy may allow make-up sessions, solely at its discretion.

6. Duplicate Payments

• In case of duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded after verification, usually within 7–10 working days.

7. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.
• Refunds may take 7–14 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment gateway and banking procedures.
